      bruh,

      The 23rd letter of the alphabet is W
      The 5th is E
      The 12th is L
      The 3rd is C
      The 15th is O
      The 13th is M

      That leaves you with WELCOM_
      Then you just add an E to make it WELCOME, because E is the 5th letter, the answer is 5
